As part of our ongoing efforts to offer the best possible educational opportunities to our professional staff, NYC Health + Hospitals is now providing a new way for credentialed professionals to meet their education requirements. If you are new to this site, please take a minute to familiarize yourself with the course-taking process by reading the information below. AVAILABLE COURSES Click on the course name in the box below to begin registration. Moderate Sedation and Analgesia ABOUT YOUR CONTROL PANEL Your first course registration will enable you to establish a UserName and Password. Your login credentials provide you with access to your Control Panel which contains a historical record of all completed courses and links to resume any courses in progress. IF YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE If you require assistance with the registration process or the course navigation process, please contact the ProCEO customer support team. Please note that the ProCEO support staff are not authorized to provide the Access Code to unlock the registration process. The code must be obtained through your credentialing office. Telephone: 888-345-6788 Email: ceo.contact7@proceo.com ABOUT TAKING COURSES ONLINE The above education activities are available online to NYCHHC-affiliated staff who must fulfill their requirement for this mandatory training. These training programs require an Access Code to unlock the registration process. This code can be obtained from your credentialing department. Course work is presented as short segments of material followed by relevant multiple choice questions. Course work need not be completed in one session. When you exit a course, all work completed to that point (including exam question responses) is saved. This enables you to finish course work at a comfortable pace. To resume a course in progress, login to your Control Panel with the username and password that you established during your first registration. The active link to the course will be available under the "Courses Pending" segment of the panel. Simply click the link to return to the point exited from a previous session. When course work is successfully completed, a "Certificate of Completion" is immediately available for you to view and/or print. This certificate is maintained online and can be accessed at any time.
